How to add the Google+ button to each Tumblr entry

Just place 

    <g:plusone size="small" href="{Permalink}"></g:plusone>

into the {/block:Posts} loop in the theme template. 

The pitfall is: if the href parameter is missing, the plus action for each entry ends up with the plus-one-ed top page.
